The Rocky Mountains

The Rocky Mountains straddle the borders of Alberta and British Columbia and extend up to northern Alberta.  Living in southern Alberta, I have spent many hours hiking and photographing the animals and the scenery between the Columbia Valley in the west and Banff National Park in the east.  Recently, I have discovered a photographic style that I like and, despite the number of images I have accumulated, not many of my older photographs express what I now imagine in my mind’s eye. Fortunately, the mountains are not too far away from me and I can get out and capture new images.
